Preheat the oven to 400°F. Oil a baking dish.
Whisk together coconut milk, ras el hanout, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour mixture over salmon. Place salmon in the baking dish and roast on the top rack of the oven, about 15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
