Thank you so much for stepping up to become the main Team Member in a Community First Grant partnership! As the main TM, you’ll be asked to volunteer with your partner, support other Team Members who want to get involved, and submit two short updates. You’ll also receive our monthly emails and invitations to webinars designed to help your partnerships bloom. Please complete this form so that we can learn a little bit about you and keep you in the loop!
