Preheat the oven to 400°F. Massage oil onto chicken, place it in an oven-proof dish and season both sides with salt and black pepper. Roast on the top rack of the oven for 25 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary. Pour mixture over chicken. Continue roasting chicken until cooked through, about 15 minutes more. Serve warm.
