Serve these alongside or on top of cooked greens.
Directions:
Add onion and garlic to a skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until translucent, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cooked onion and garlic with all remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well. Shape mixture into golf ball-size pieces and slightly flatten.
Cook balls on a non-stick griddle or pan until browned, about 4 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
