About the Recipe

Traditional style guacamole with a spicy twist - jalapeño peppers! Enjoy our friend, Chef Gari Freeman's recipe, as a healthy dip, spread or topping to meals.


  • 3 ripe Avocados
  • 1 clove minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon fresh Lime Juice (1/2 Lime)
  • ½ cup fresh minced Cilantro
  • ½-1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/3 fresh minced Jalapeño Pepper


Mash Avocados in bowl. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Enjoy!
