About the Recipe

Traditional style guacamole with a spicy twist - jalapeño peppers! Enjoy our friend, Chef Gari Freeman's recipe, as a healthy dip, spread or topping to meals.


  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice (1/2 lime)
  • ½ cup fresh minced cilantro
  • ½-1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1/3 fresh minced jalapeño pepper


Mash Avocados in bowl. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Enjoy!
