Roasted Broccoli

About the Recipe

Easy and delicious, roasting is a great way to prepare broccoli. Leftovers make tasty additions to grain salads, bowls and wraps.

Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets of an equal size
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method:

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place broccoli florets on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Use your hands to toss well, coating broccoli evenly.  

Roast 25 to 35 minutes, stirring or shaking baking sheet halfway through, until broccoli is browned and tender when pierced with a knife.
